So, seit heute ist es amtlich: die nächste bestätigte Band für den 14.4.2018 ist MONDTRÄUME, ein Projekt bestehend aus Damasius (Deutschland) und Jose (Spanien). Wie so oft im Leben: eher zufällig drüber gestolpert (via XING) aber mit Freuden hängen geblieben.	So here we go: the next band has confirmed participation on April 14th, 2018: MONDTRÄUME. The project is based on Damasius (Germany) and Jose (Spain), whom Bernd spotted more or less by random (via XING!) and they immediately caught his attention.

So here we go…

Leinen los für 2018: eine erste Band kann ich vermelden: OCTOLAB aus Schweden werden am 14.4.2018 im Substage Café mit von der Party sein.

Here we go: OCTOBLAB is the first band to be announced for the gig on april 14th, 2018 in the Substage Café!

Wahnsinn, was für ein geiler Abend. Das schreit nach Fortsetzung und wir werden hier zu gegebener Zeit auch Details bringen. Im Moment bedanken wir uns erst einmal bei allen für die großartige Stimmung!	Woow, that was an incredible gig and the crowd shouted for more. When the time is right we will provide more details about the follow-up. For now we just say thank you for the great, emotional evening!

Während des Konzertes stellen wir diese FUCK CANCER BOX auf und sammeln Spenden, die wir später einem Projekt zukommen lassen, dass sich dem Thema Krebs (Forschung, Prävention, Sterbebegleitung…) widmet. Welches genau das werden wird sehen wir später – die Idee kam uns erst heute und wir wollen da keinen Schnellschuss machen.

During the concert we place this FUCK CANCER BOX to colleact donations. They will be forwarded to a project that is related to cancer (research, prevention, palliative care…). As this idea was quite spontaneous we will choose a proper project after the show.

WOW – today the biggest local newspaper wrote an article about the party. We are flashed! I gave them an interview on monday and heres the output:

FAQ – Fragen / Questions

Here we go – since now we offer an FAQ for you…

Yeah, today was the web interview with Jane and Martin from the band VILE ELECTRODES. It was great! Instead of the scheduled 30mins we took the whole hour to talk about lots of stuff! Feel free to listen to the recording 😉

Last sunday we went on tour. To be more precise: on Tourmberg which is an elevation close to the district of Durlach in the east of the city of Karlsruhe.

I placed the chair on the terrace and waited for the audiences reaction. While some people simply took a seat and made pictures with the city in the background others asked me for prices for such pics. Strange. Anyway I decided to approach those who looked interested and asked them whether they already heard of the Synthetic Orange festival. And one guy approached me and was very happy to mention that he already bought tickets for the show!

And in the evening I had two band interviews:

Yeah, last sunday we had another band interview with Christoffer, Anders and Hannes from the swedish act PRESENCE OF MIND.

The kickoff isn’t done but I already prepare the cleaning up. Forms for the bands and visitors and still connecting to other parties for the 2018 event. But then it is time for a little timeout as the regular job demands concentration. So do not wonder if I am a bit silent these days… I just prepare the next steps
